Border Brigade – Work with a team of other volunteers to care for the border beds in the Public Garden. Tasks may include weeding, picking up trash, pruning, and planting bulbs. The Brigade meets weekly on Thursdays at 9:45 AM
Rose Brigade – Work with a team of other volunteers to care for the four rose garden beds in the Public Garden. Tasks may include weeding, pruning, and picking up trash. The Rose Brigade meets weekly on Tuesday evenings at 5 PM.
Corporate volunteer program – Contact us about hosting a volunteer day for your company! Get outside and enjoy the parks while giving back to your community.
We are currently seeking volunteers to help with events like Duckling Day, Making History on the Common, A Summer Party, The Winter Party, and other signature and community events. Help with setup and teardown, event registration, pre-event planning, sponsorships, or taking photos.
Volunteer with Friends staff at the office! From stuffing envelopes to archiving documents, there are many opportunities to help our team using your expertise.
