Friends of the Public Garden

Boston Common turned into a quack-tastic display of yellow and orange on Sunday as this year’s Junior Park Advocate students from the Horace Mann School for the Deaf and more than 3,000 ducklings and their families commemorated the 32nd Annual Duckling Day Parade!

Whether it was your first time at Duckling Day, or have been coming for years, this event is a celebration of what makes Boston so special – our greenspaces, our stories, and our shared civic life.

Special thanks to Mayor Michelle Wu, City Councilor Sharon Durkan, WCVB-5 Anchor Rhondella Richardson, The Krygowski Family, the Mayor’s Office of Tourism and Special Events, and all of our wonderful, dedicated volunteers for making this event so special.

Thank you to our friends at Think Outside The Vox for supporting this event with American Sign Language (ASL) services.
