Our parks are natural convenors, bringing together people from across the City and beyond. The Friends has always benefited from that spirit, as so many individuals and community partners come together to make our mission possible. This year, we intend to celebrate some of those special friends and share some of the conversations that enrich our work.
In this first Conversations with Friends, President Liz Vizza and King Boston Executive Director Imari Paris Jeffries come together on Boston Common to celebrate their organizations’ growing partnership, reflect on the power of parks, and discuss the arrival of The Embrace to the Common.
